Hi, I have a pair of high heals that I need to get the heals recovered with fabric (got on the wrong side of a puppy). Can anybody let me know if I can get this done in Bali, and if so, recommend a place to get it done. I don't know whether it's worth doing it $ wise as I have made enquiries here and it quite expensive. Thanks in advance.
