Depending on the quality of hotel you want, Matahari Bungalows is right in the middle of what you want. It is a 2.5 - 3 star hotel and the standard rooms are $50/night. Renovated deluxe pool view rooms are $60/night. We love staying there, it's nothing outstanding, but for a budget minded traveller who doesn't mind a bit of imperfection, it's a great place.
