I went to one in Central Parkir 2 years ago and he was great and then thought I was going to the same one last month, turned out to be an Australian guy who charged 600,000IDr for 10 mins and keeps to texting me to come back, I can't pay 600,000IDR 10 Mins each time so just putting up with the pain but 400,000 for 1 hour sounds more worth it.
