We just got back this morning - the traffic is really bad in and out of the airport - the roundabout at the "big" statue where they are putting in new roadworks, an underpass etc is a constant jam. I'm not sure how long it will be late at night I'd assume a bit better. We stayed in Legian and it took an hour to get from the airport. On the way back the taxi driver took lots of backroads and we avoided the roundabout but it still took about 45 minutes.The taxi booth is still in the same place as you described. Its a pretty long walk from where you get dropped off into the international terminal - we paid a porter to put everything on a trolley and he took us all the way to the virgin check-in inside the termina.
