i think Melly means the 28 degrees card. most os travelleres have been using this card now for many years.yes it is a credit card but if you load your own money on it you can access it from teller machines. best part is no fees & great exchange rate. look up the web site, would be ideal for schoolies plus added advantage of credit use if required once you have used up all your own cash, but keep in mind if you have used all your own cash do not get a cash advance, only then use it to pay for items as credit like hotel bill
