I am a proud owner of a new apartment in stage 3 and will be there for the big opening. We have been waiting for nearly three years now, but in all that time we have stayed there and we travel to Bali 4 times a year. Yes, there can be loud people there and yes there are many australians. I have stayed at many other places and the same applies. I have also encounted many loud yanks, English, Yugoslavs, Germans, Japanese etc.....but generally all these people are doing is having fun. Yes, we have a lease for a very long time and we are delighted with everything. It doesnt need to advertise as the occupancy rate is high all year round. This is because of it's excellent location, wonderful rooms, great staff and a guy that owns it all actually trying to do something different in Bali. There you go, now attack as much as you want, but I will be smiling in late November enjoying my beautiful LEASED appartment, which by the way makes me money as well....is called investing!!!!
