You can take any medication into Bali as long as you have it in the original container with the pharmacy label on it.
Can buy Tramadol and Voltarin at most Apotiks not sure about the Endone.
Codeine products are on the prohibited list but are still allowed if as above, I take Codeine but in original packaging.
Have never attempted to buy it there so don't know if they have it.
If I were you tho, I would get scripts filled from a Doctor and at the same time get a PBS statement from him/her regarding my use of these drugs. It is a form that he can do automatically that lists all your meds and your name etc and is for use at both ends for customs.
