hotel we stay at - namely me!! It may be considered rude of me by some, but if there are no sunlounges free when we go to our hotel pool I will swim for an hour, keep an eye on the lounges that have towels on them but are unoccupied & then remove towels myself (wouldn't do this if people's personal belongings were there though!).
My hubby is usually mortified when I do this but I think it is far ruder for some guests to "bags" lounges & then bugger off for the day! If the pool attendant isn't going to do something about it then I will. We are all paying guests & should have access to the facilities if they're not being used. As yet I haven't been confronted by anyone for doing this but I am just waiting for the day LOL
