I DO however,know a little about land ownership laws for foreigners in Indonesia.
Would you 'purchase' land with someone else's name on the title? No matter how honest and trustworthy that person is, what about their relatives?
How do you feel about the safety of property and human rights when reading of the attacking and forced conversion of some 26? Shi-ite Muslims to Sunni,(despite the fact that it is illegal to proselytize sp?) in order to prevent their houses being burnt down?
What does that tell you of the relative level of security regarding property? (Let alone human life)
