In answer to your question. We went to Bali Dolphin in sept. this year. They are difficult to tie down and will say they are booked out but if you persist you will eventually get through. They do get booked out so make your booking from home before you go. We were picked up from our hotel in Sanur and taken to harbour short distance away toward Kuta. Welcome drinks and cool towels, had to wear life jackets for the short boat trip out to the pontoons. Given heaps of information about the dolphins . Only 6 people allowed in the water with each dolphin. You stand on a ledge in the water. Another team member stands outside and takes heaps of photos. spent around 45mins in the water. Returned to base and had tea coffee, cool drinks, towels and showers provided. Transport to and from hotel. $79 US each. Check here for contact details. Another person in our party booked for us.
