I booked a Nanny through TIC Bali (Putu) and she came from this agency her name was Wati, very good english, very energetic and my boys 6 and 8 run her ragged ! She is also happy to go swimming which I had heard was not always the case as some nanny's cant swim. Worked out to be $5 per hour which I was more than happy to pay and I also tipped her privaetly as well.
