We have used the nanny service on several trips to Bali. We request Anna who is really lovely with our 3 and 2 yo grandsons. Last time cause Anna not available at all the times we had Rini also. We usually get nanny for 4 hours everyday except on days where we have all day outting and also for a few nights out. Very obliging and sooo cheap. Had no problem with the agency
