We have done the Sanur thing for many years and love it! I've been out in Sanur to well past 11, so don't panic if you prefer later nights. The fact that there are 4 of you means you can make your own fun too! If you like to party well into the morning, Kuta is only a 20 minute taxi ride away. The plus is NOT being molested by hawkers every time you step out the door and a much calmer (and cleaner) Bali experience. Hope you have a wonderful time!
