Though I write about our experience at the cooking class in Dayu 1 in Jl Bakungsari Kuta. The cost was 400,000 which covers all you food and the lesson. There was just two in the cooking class which was great I took photos and took notes while husband and friend cooked they did 3 main dishes and 2 sambal and 1 dessert. There was enough food for the 4 people to eat and to take 3 take away packs for the hotel staff. They love it now asking when is the next cooking class and can it be suckling pig. May do another before we go home but a great time had by all. The only thing not done at this cooking class is going to the market to get the produce. But all is explain throughly anyway.
