It depends what you like to do- if you are happy to swim, snorkel and swim you will be fine. I think personally 5 days total is long enough. We go to Bali every year and ventured to gilli t and Lombok in September for 3 nights at each. If I were to do it again, and have a break from Bali, I would go to gilli T for 5 days- you can go over to the other gillis very easily and cheaply for a day trip to each?
