Yes there is a minimum wage in Bali and it varies from different Regencies - Badung regency which is Kuta, Seminyak, Legian has a higher wage than in other areas - think it is about 1.3 mill.Rup a month - if in hospitality staff can take home another 2 to 3 mill a month in service taxes - if you work in retail or for a non-rental villa you will not get the service tax. Also a lot of workers working on building sites etc (mainly workers from Java) would most probably not get this much.
