Don't stress yourself over this one. Having a trip with you baby will be memorable and most probably lots of nappy change. Well kidding aside, be sure to pack everything up like infant formula, diapers, baby wipes, alcohol, clothing and your baby's favorite toy (that has sounds) to keep him pre occupied and busy.
I also suggest to go to your pediatrician first and consult about vaccinations that your baby needs during the trip.
