There is so much information here - I've been six times and I still have a trawl through to see what more there is to do and see.
I can recommend Gecko Leather at the end of Jalan Padma on Jalan Legian (look up Google maps) - very quick and very professional finish.
I haven't had such luck with tailors so can't recommend anyone.
