We went for 2 weeks last month and we packed in:
Surfing lessons x 3
Tour with seawalking, parasailing, Uluwatu and the cultural centre
Bintang bike ride
Yoga lessons on about 6 days
Tour to Celuk, a waterfall near Tegenungan village, lunch, the Goa Gaja Elephant cave and the driver's local Moon temple
Salsa lessons and dancing
Jazz and blues nights
And of course massages and facials

So there's lots of stuff to do that isn't necessarily tours, if the idea of sitting by the pool doesn't appeal.

Remember also that Bali might be a small island but it still takes ages to get anywhere - the bike tour day included about 3.5 hours of driving to Kintimani and back from the tour depot.

What you also need is time to do your JBR when you return - mine's taking ages but I'm almost there!
