Along with my daughter in law I accompanied my granddaughter last year. (Yes, she thought we would let her go alone and yes we were a tad unpopular but it's not a popularity contest is it?)
We stayed at Wina of necessity because that's where the kids were staying and for the 7 days that we stayed we had not one bit of trouble/bad behaviour from the schoolies. The only bad stuff we saw was 3 older guys (20s) in the pool right alongside a Malaysian family with small children. These "gentlemen" were very drunk and swearing and using obscenities very loundly. I was happy when two security guys came and had a strong word with them. Therefore full marks to security at Wina because so often hotel security will not intervene.
Also full marks to those schoolies a large group of whom came from Safety Bay High School in WA.
