We also did the Paon cooking class, I reviewed it on TA , highlight of our Ubud stay
Shame about your granita , we liked 3 Monkeys but I had mohitos which were good
Do try to go to the 2 Kou shops, sure you will find some gifts for friends there, I did , bought small batik draw strung bags and filled them with Kou products and vanilla beans, and jewellery trinkets , my friends loved them
