pay for your visa at the last counter in sydney check in. On board the plane there will be two immigration officers that will process you on board and give you a Blue card. When you get off at the airport you keep to your right and go through the counters as if you are a local. there will be someone there to take the blue card off you and you walk straight through to pick up your bags.
