Not sure how old the "kids" in question are, but they're alcoholic drinks - generally pina coladas.
The two times I've tried them (bought for me, not my choice), they were horrible and gritty. I've since seen the coconuts being rinsed out to be re-used for the next customer. Who knows how long they re-use the same ones?
