I find this situation hysterical. Not your's in particular but the whole Eat Pray Love hype in general. It was just a movie based on a very self indulgent self important book. It was about as real as a Bollywood movie. Of course even then, when she (the author) went back he had trouble remembering her since he was even then saying the same thing to all the tourists.
I know I have a rather weird sense of humour but the fact that he saw his chance and jumped on the bandwagon and is now cleaning up big time makes me laugh.....a lot.....
$25 is not too bad as a price for any tourist expedition and at that price you find the good and the bad, the geunuine and the, let's say, not so genuine. I bet later you see the funny side of it and also find yourself laughing...a little.
