Where to meet other travelers?

Hey Everyone
I'm coming to Bali on the 7th and unfortunately I'll be by myself. So I was just wondering where the best spots to meet other travelers are.

I've been recommended to stay at Okie House, or somewhere on Poppies 2 Lane?

If anyone has any advice it will be awesome to hear from you.
