I need some advice please. Seems that Jalan Campuhan 1 (where my hotel is located) is almost vertical in its steepness as it meets the main road. I would rather walk into town than rely on taxis but have quite a fondness for my neck and all my bones for that matter and the thought of 'rolling' down that hill or getting hit by car/bike doesn't thrill me in the least. Plus I left my rappelling gear at home!
I've googled walking trails & alot of them are 8-10km long, which is bit beyond my capabilities in this heat. Does anyone know an alternate route into Ubud that's shorter and safer?
Thanks.
