It's not exactly kids stay and eat for free:
For a family with 3 children you can stay in a family garden view, family pool view, kiddy suite, executive suite or a studio Room. Some of these room types only allow children under 12 years. You pay for the room, not per person (eg: if you booked an executive suite with only 2 adults in it you would pay the same rate as having 2 adults and 3 children in the room). If you wanted 2 bathroms you could get two interconnecting deluxe rooms.
As for the eating for free: This only applies to buffets (Kids aged twelve and under may eat from the buffet free of charge when accompanied by a full paying adult)

The Dynasty is a great hotel for kids. If you don't want to be in Kuta/Tuban, our kids also really like The Breezes resort in Seminyak and the Grand Mirage in Tangung Benoa.
