One thing I would say is look at the land area of the villas you are considering. Kids need space and each family may need some separation. When you have some gardens and lawn areas it feels really luxurious and like your own private hotel. A lot of the newer villas have very little outdoor space and high walls built around the pool edges and it feels more like a compound.
