....you certainly can take vegemite and if you are a coffee drinker I suggest you take a jar with you . We always take a supply of Nescafe with us as we carnt stand the black goo that passes for coffee over there.
I know from past experiences that the Melasti Beach resort always has vegemite and Nescafee on hand for its Aussie guests.
The Bintang supermarket at Seminyk also has for sale many Aussie products. Last trip while sitting around the pool bar the Mrs decided she wanted Aussie Brie Cheese with Jatz......
...No problems .The Bintang Supermarket has it although its a lot more expensive than buying them here as imported into Bali.
