...from flying Auckland to Bali with them via Brisbane. This was our 7th flight to Bali (first with PB) and it was just fine - no probs at all. Planes all on time & good service and no we didn't have our hand luggage weighed. In fact we are looking at going back in October and will be booking with PB again!
