We also have known Wayan Sri for the last few years, before she got married. So have been to her village a number of times now. Did have trouble the first time, but our driver got directions from her via mobile phones.
Wyan sri, her sister Made and SIL yeoman all make us so very welcome, EVEN WITH THE LANGUAGE BARRIER,so we love going back each time we visit. We also take clothes- donations for her family and the village).
This year was very special to us as we lost our Son to cancer last year he was 14, They said it was lovely to meet him as he was special, then we all cried, as our last visit Travis had come with us.
This time Wayan Sri and Kadek came to pick us up from the hotel. Which was really nice.
Yes I do know Eric, he is a very special man, he has helped me with my loss, he also had met Travis, they got on really well.
How lucky are you going back in Oct. My husband wants us to travel to Vietnam for our next trip.
