On my last trip I made a request with my travel agent and also called Gaurda. Garuda confirmed they had my request. We were the first ones to check in at the airport (couldn't sleep - too excited) but our request could not be met. On the upside, we waited for about 30 mins to talk to the supervisor who told us all seats had been allocated but she would see what she could do. In the boarding lounge I was paged and we received our new boarding passes. I had tears of joy. This was kids first time on a plane and I wanted them both to have window seats. Hubby sat with 6 year old and I sat with 11 year old. Both kids had window seats and we had consecutive rows so Hubby and I could watch the joy on both kids faces - priceless.
