Hi there,
The place you're talking about is Karma Kandara.
And yes the entrance fee 150,000 gives you the access of the cable car and the beach.
I like the place not only the beach, the restaurant is nice too.
Surprisingly not expensive... appetiser cost less than 5$ main course like steak less than 15$.
If you fancy a romantic afternoon followed by romantic sunset dinner.
I recommend it.
