The markets you mean are in Denpasar. I have only been to the food area once, years ago, and found it revolting. The TV only showed the reasonable areas. The sight of the cut up chickens, fish etc, ugh but each to his/her own. I think you would find that all the food markets would be similar but maybe smaller.
