so much for all your replies. Friends of ours are due to stay here in two weeks in I believe a Deluxe Chalet Room. They haven't stayed here before but know the resort and have stayed in several different resorts in Bali the most recent being The Mandira. Is hard to make the decision when you can't see for yourself so they are tossing up between cancelling here and staying at the Mandira or LBH instead..anyway thanks again for your replies.
