There are LOADS OF OPTIONS and you will see that when you get to Bali but as for dressmakers who can make items from pictures, Janoko Tailors in Poppies 2 (Kuta) do this pretty well.
I've had a number of items made from pictures but make sure you are QUITE SPECIFIC about any alterations from the picture because they will make it to the letter.
As for leather goods, Dolphin Leather in Garlic Lane do the same, they will make things from a picture and again, be very specific about colours, styles, any alterations to the picture.
