honesty i had no problems at all the staff were really nice and as you said it is in a great location,we had a room ground floor next to back pool it was clean and plenty of towels and free water everyday,the breakfast is basic but there are plenty of places to eat in the area that are cheap.i was travelling with 7yr old grandaughter the security man kept an eye on us.
iam going again in oct school hols first week there and then to dynasty we are doing a couple of days to KL while at the bungalows.
