They assure me that they have no facility to issue credits, only refunds. If you all know different please let me know. I have an ongoing feud and they have assured me the system doesn't allow for credits, and they refer to a refund as "compensation"!
I wouldn't book with Jet* again in a fit. That of course doesn't preclude the use of FF points via Qantas and then flying Jet* :-)
