What others have said is correct. Differences I can share are that the view from upstairs rooms is better (in my opinion), and the ceiling in the upstairs room is the woven reeds kind, which you miss downstairs (which just has wooden panels for ceiling). If you don't mind going up and down steps I would go for the top rooms.
