Bali Must Sees and Doos

I am off to Bali in August with a friend and am trying to compile a list of things that we really really have to do. We are there for 2 weeks, staying at MBR and neither of us have been befor, we are both girls ages 20 and 28.

The list so far goes
Shopping
Clubbing (incl hulu)
Monkey forest
White water rafting and elehant rides (hoping to do these in 1 day)
Water sports at Nusa Dua (want to do a few in one day)
Waterbom
Safari Park
Horse Riding
Cooking classes

is this trying to fit oo much in in 2 weeks because we do want lots of R&R time as well. Have we forgotten anything and is there anything else we shouldn't miss? ANy help would be greatly appreciated, have left my email open for any advce.
