The KP is a lovely hotel and breakfasts are pretty good. Buffet style, cooked and continental and the room rates are cheaper than the Courtyard although that looks nice on the web too. The KP is so nice because its so close to the beach too. We have stayed there four times and going back again in October so they must be doing something right!
