The nicer you are to the person in the baggage payment booth thing, the cheaper youll get it..
Flew garuda and luggage came to a total of 45kg over ended up being $300 AUS.
Time before hand we were 30kg over and had to pay $290 AUS
just shows that sometimes they will lower the price if your plesant.
ALSO watch them as they weigh the bags. have had them keep the end of the previous bag just on the scale whilst weighing the next one.. it makes a big $$ difference, they can be sneaky..
