eticket didn't specify luggage, comfort pack or hot meal thought it wise to double check.
After another 30 minutes on hold this morning a polite young man confirmed that we now had 20kgs of baggage each and a comfort pack but no hot meal.
He assures me that we do now but I'm not brimming with confidence and will believe it when I taste it.
