Wow, have things in Ubud changed since the date of that list!
Add the following (and these are only ones that I have noticed and used):
Tutmak
Nomads
Cafe des Artistes
Fly Cafe
Melati Cottages (around the pool - pool entry 10,000/person/day)
The place next door to DragonFly (forget the name)
There are many others but the swiss cheese brain is having problems since my return to Oz last week!
