I didn't hear ch 7 say 9 deaths. What I did see was sensationalism that would hurt Bali. The reporter was saying that the dogs should be vaccinated instead of culled, well that was offered but some dog owners were too lazy to get their dogs vaccinated, and it was free. Yes, the culling may be a bit drastic but have you seen the state of some the dogs that roam freely.
