We had issues with their restaurant last Tuesday. We ended up sending our meals back - not because they were poor they looked lovely, we had not touched them, but we had huge issues with the attitude of our waiter. The end result was KTH only charged us for our drinks once we complained - this was very good of the management. However I think they need to resolve some issues with some of their staff. It ruined a good night out and I don't think we will go back.
