The desk closes with the last flight - so around 4pm to 5.30pm depending on the airline.
You will need to overnight in Bali. I would then go back out to the airport nice and early and arrange your booking for later that afternoon (although if you are transferring to the Gilis you need to get there early enough for the last boat to the island)
I also found this website which i was going to try next time I went - you pay the courier direct on collection of the tickets, so no harm done if it doesn't work?
