From memory when taking a Gaurda flight domestic to Jakarta at about 10pm, can recall not much action over in domestic. If I were you I would book a hotel in Tuban area for the night and the next morning get hotel to get you onto an agent to get a ticket for the arvo flight.
It is too difficult to book ahead though a few people seem to manage it but I suspect with a lot of angst.
