Yes I agree it is looking a little tired but I can't agree with the rest of your report. Had no problems with the staff and some of them remembered our names from last year and we had a small problem with our room which was a garden pool view room on the ground on the right side facing the beach. On approaching the Duty Manager with my problem he had it attended to straight away and the other problem the next morning. They were renovating the left wing facing the beach on the ground and first floor when we were there late October but not sure if they were renovating the bathrooms totally as I thought they needed to be gutted and the colour changed. I know the GM had been to Jakarta with a meeting with the owners stating what had to be done to the place. Hopefully they agreed to his requests. But it does have a great pool area and this is the main attractions for us.
