I am presuming that you do not want to visit an orphanage yourself and, if this is correct you could take your donations to Haaris Chua at the Bali Cyber Cafe in Legian (9 Komplex Sriwijaya, Jl Putih Jelantik, Legian, Kuta,) and he will arange distribution to one of the needy orphanages which he keeps touch with, perhaps the one in Negara where few tourists go. You can enjoy a very cold drink or a great meal at Bali Cyder Cafe too, by the way.
The other alternative if you are visiting Lovina is to see Richard or Tini Hood at the Rambutan Cottages in the heart of Lovina. They are supporters of an orphanage in Singaraja and will gladly help your cause.
